Terms of Service - Guided Desert Adventures

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between CAMP12, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and all participants engaging in our guided desert adventures. By booking a desert adventure with us, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Safety and Conduct

a. Safety is our top priority. All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by our experienced guides during the entire desert adventure.

b. Any participant found engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior that could jeopardize the safety of others may be asked to leave the tour without any refund.

c. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual deemed unfit or unprepared for the desert adventure.

3. Health and Fitness Requirements

a. All participants must be in good health and physically fit to undertake the desert adventure. Please consult with a medical professional if you have any health concerns or pre-existing medical conditions.

b. Participants are responsible for informing the Company of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions that may impact their ability to participate in activities.

4. Booking and Payment

a. To secure a reservation, participants are required to make a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the desert adventure.

b. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Details of the payment process will be provided upon booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. In the event of cancellation by the participant:

   - If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the scheduled desert adventure, a refund of 50% of the total amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be provided.
   - Cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled adventure will not be eligible for any refund.

b. In the event of cancellation by the Company:

   - The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the desert adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse weather conditions, or insufficient participants. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Liability and Insurance

a. Participants acknowledge that desert adventures may involve certain inherent risks. The Company shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising during the desert adventure, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.

b. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the desert adventure. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

7. Desert Adventure Itinerary

a. The Company reserves the right to modify the desert adventure itinerary, including activities, due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. Every effort will be made to provide a similar alternative.

8. Termination of Service

a. The Company reserves the right to terminate the desert adventure or any service at any time if it deems that the safety, wellbeing, or enjoyment of participants is at risk.

9. Privacy Policy

a. The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
